Institute Preview Day RSVP

Visiting our campus will provide you with first-hand experience of our Institute. You will attend an information session and participate in a special student-led tour that will provide a glimpse into life as an institute student. Visitors are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes as we are on mountainous terrain. In order for us to prepare for your visit and to insure that space and food are available, we request that you reserve your spot PRIOR to your visit. Meals are provided for every student. Guests of students will have a discounted meal rate at $10/person.

  • Non-student guests include parents, guardians, youth pastors, and other adults. Meals for non-students are $10 per person. Students attend free of charge.
    Lodging is available for a discounted rate of $50/night. Please indicate whether you and/or your guests will need lodging on campus for Institute Preview Day. Each room can hold up to 6 people.
  • Please provide the email address where the invoice for non-student meals should be sent. If a parent, church, or youth pastor will be paying, enter their email address here. Even if you do not owe anything for meals or lodging, you will still receive a $0.00 invoice for your records.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided for students. Please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions for the student attending. If there are none, enter “None.”
