Momentum Reservation
Decreasing Your Count:
You can reduce your conference numbers any time prior to three weeks before conference with a full credit of the pre-registration contribution toward your final bill. Beginning three weeks before the conference, all contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Increasing Your Count:
Please notify us as soon as possible of any additions to your group. Conference materials, and lunch are provided at the conference, so participant count is important. You can add people to your count up to one day prior to conference date. Participants added day of conference may not have all materials provided. We always seek to do the best we can to allow for every contingency, and your proactive communication is the most effective way to head off any last-minute emergencies.

Momentum3 Program is an amazing event for youth leaders. It includes several kinds of training opportunities:
General Sessions
on a theme that is pertinent to youth ministry.
Recent themes have included family issues, longevity, leadership from the middle, and more.
Labs
Several types of Breakout Labs are available each day.
Youth Ministry Labs provide fundamental and essential ingredients…from Scripture…for youth ministry programming that honors God’s Word and provides lasting results! “How To” Labs offer practical guidance for everything from small group ministry to campus evangelism to midweek youth services! Finally, Theme Labs follow the topic of the general sessions to give deeper insight into the primary subject we are exploring together at that conference.DIBS
These are our signature events, ‘Dream It Better Sessions’ that have been a participant favorite for several years.
Some youth leaders bring their “Dream Team” with them to the conference and use these times to share informally with their volunteers to develop practical “take-home” ideas they have hammered out together at the conference. Other youth leaders enjoy getting together with fellow youth leaders from other churches along with a veteran youth ministry convener to compare notes, get new ideas, and ponder the challenges of ministry together.
We value youth ministry leaders like you! So we provide meals for this event that are a “step up” from normal conference fare! We pamper our guests with menu items such as steak, brisket, and prime rib. We want our guests–youth leaders from every walk of life–to receive the finest experience possible while they are with us here on the mountain.
And the location? Spectacular views from atop the ridges of Fort Mountain will inspire you! Wonderful recreation options include everything from alpine tower to paintball and more!
